Saguaro cactus. BIG STUFF! You know, you could drive by these all day long in Arizona. Until you stop, you really don't realize how HUGE they really are. Or how old....A mature saguaro is considered to be at least 125 years of age. Average life spans are usually 150 to 175 years of age, but may be longer. If you've never been to Arizona, you really ought to go...just for the Saguaro cactus alone!
Week #287 -- Screaming "Yipeekyaaayay," at the top of her wee lungs, the fat chick pays homage to the great, powerful, prickly saguaro cactus.
